Kim uses her training and background in psychology, management, training, coaching and mind-body nutrition to empower people to take charge of their health and well-being. Kim believes that health comes from building inner confidence, eating real whole foods, getting outdoors, finding your passion, and connecting with your inner wisdom.
“I help women find their groove – that place where you have optimal physical and emotional health and know you can achieve anything”
At our events we like to cover both professional and personal development items and health is a very important aspect of that. Kim’s topic is “Toxic Dietary Beliefs and Why They Stop You Losing Weight” and I’m sure you’ll find her presentation very interesting. She’ll be speaking on the Friday morning after our keynote.
Of course, none of this would be possible without our sponsor . We prefer to keep the costs of AVAC down so that as many VAs as possible can attend. While we need to cover costs of venue and refreshments, etc via delegate fees, it’s the extra things that sponsors help cover, like conference bags, the printing of conference handbooks, the things we put in the bags, speakers’ gifts and so on. Please do visit our sponsor site and get to know them a bit more. This is the third event that they have been a major sponsor for and we are grateful to them for that.
